For a handy map and easy-to follow directions, click here Do you offer a guarantee on your products or services? We will extend to users of our professional products the liberty to return or exchange any portion if they are not satisfied. Perms and colors are 100% guaranteed if treated in conjunction with our professional products. Any problems encountered with our services will be corrected without charge within two weeks of your last visit to our salon. What are you doing to be eco-friendly? Are tips included in your pricing? Gratuities are not included in any of the services. Are there any restrictions I need to be aware of? No children or cell phones are permitted in the spa areas. Can I schedule a company or special event at Changes? Yes! Please see our Meetings & Parties page for complete details. What is your cancellation policy? Because your Spa and Salon services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or re-schedule. 50% of the value of your service will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. All no-shows are charged full price. |
