The best way to enjoy your spa experience to its fullest is to come to Changes ready to relax and be pampered. Plan to arrive fifteen minutes before the start of your services to take advantage of our relaxing atmosphere. Our Spa Coordinators will welcome you and bring you a hot or cold beverage of your choosing. You will then be escorted to our spa area by your therapist for your services.
