Do you offer a guarantee on your products or services?
We will extend to users of our professional products the liberty to return or exchange any portion if they are not satisfied. Perms and colors are 100% guaranteed if treated in conjunction with our professional products. Any problems encountered with our services will be corrected without charge within two weeks of your last visit to our salon.

What are you doing to be eco-friendly?
Although not required by state or federal regulations, we are proud to offer these commitments to you and the environment:
We use the highest level of hospital and clinical protection against AIDS spores with the Pelton & Crone Autoclave System

Our salon was designed and built as a one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art facility. We utilize a power venting system separate from the heating system. It removes offensive chemical odors from our nail, styling, perm and work rooms and expels it outside the building, and the air is replenished by fresh air

Our salon's hair care products used and sold to our clients meet the following standards:

  • Non-animal tested
  • Biodegradable
  • Recyclable packaging

All paper items, from our business cards to our paper bags, are printed on recycled paper using soybean inks instead of petroleum-based inks.

Are tips included in your pricing?
Please note that all of our services and packages do not include a gratuity.

Are there any restrictions I need to be aware of?
No children or cell phones are permitted in the spa areas.

Can I schedule a company or special event at Changes?

What is your cancellation policy?
In the event you would need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise, a $25 per service cancellation fee will be billed to your credit card.

Tips when ordering through Pay Pay: 1. Select your gift package or dollar amount. 2. Buy Now.3. Choose Payment. If you do not have a Pay Pal account please enter all fields.4. Review and Continue (*very important) 5. If sending to a different address please click on Ship (change) Shipping Address and input the address. Complete the recipients name, address, city and state. 6. Review your information. 7. Add Special instructions: i.e. Happy Birthday. That's it...you have now completed the transaction!

PLEASE Do not go back or it will say ERROR, however, your transaction will still be complete.
